HR Manager

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our HR team based in Lecanto, FL. Technology Conservation Group is an electronic recycling company with 11 facilities worldwide. The HR Manager will develop HR strategies and administer HR policies and procedures, conduct needs analysis, develop, implement and monitor training programs and materials. This individual will also have the opportunity to actively engage in all aspects of HR management including employee relations, employee development, compliance, and reporting. Warehouse Positions

Seeking motivated people to fill open warehouse positions in a fast paced environment. Receiving Clerk/Pre-Sort/Floater positions available. Duties include sorting material, performing market research via the internet, data entry. Operating forklift and pallet jacks; receiving incoming trucks, processing outgoing shipments, use of digital cameras. Heavy lifting required. Good communication skills required.
