Illinois Law
Law signed September 17, 2008 which requires manufacturers to set up and pay for the collection, transport and recycling of the products which they sell in the state. It also sets up a recycling benchmark system whereby manufacturers are required to recycle 60% of a goal that will be set up by the state. Manufacturers must meet a minimum of 60% of this goal within three years, with the minimum percentage rising to 75% by the fourth year or be subject to penalties.
End-of-Life
TCG is a member of NAID, the National Association for Information Destruction, a trade association providing the standards and ethics for the information destruction industry. Members of NAID are certified to these standards and routinely audited for compliance.

In North America, TCG owns and operates four facilities. The Louisville, Kentucky facility is a 25,920 square foot collection and processing center.
