Business Pick-Up and Material Collection Methods

TCG recognizes that every business is unique in its asset disposal processes…some may need an on-demand pickup service, others a regularly scheduled pickup, while still others prefer a do-it-yourself method. Regardless of your needs, TCG offers a solution.

Business Pick Up

Whether you need scheduled pickups (daily, weekly, monthly) or would prefer to call when you have a load ready, simply call us and we’ll take care of the rest. For your convenience TCG offers onsite packing and palletizing.

On-Site Destruction

Our experience has shown that many clients prefer to be present when their data-containing media is destroyed but it’s not always feasible for them to travel to our facilities due to time or budgetary constraints. For this reason TCG offers on-site data destruction within the confines of the customer’s property using a self-contained shredding unit. This not only eliminates chain-of-custody concerns but since the entire process is recorded the client is presented with a DVD containing a video of the destruction of the material, giving them peace of mind.

An on-board database allows the capture of serial numbers (if required), as well as quantity and/or weight for non-serialized material. As with all of TCG’s e-scrap destruction services, a Certificate of Destruction will be provided.

Media Collection Units

TCG offers various types of collection units – from sealed secure containers to shipping boxes – that will hold a variety of media: hard drives, tape media, DVD’s/CD’s, credit cards, etc. Secure containers will remain sealed until it is transported to a TCG facility for destruction, and shipping boxes with packing material and prepaid label can be provided in several different sizes to suit your needs.

TCG can also deliver a collection unit to your site making it easy to gather items for disposal. When the container is full, simply call TCG to schedule a pick up. TCG will collect the contents for disposal and, for your convenience, drop an empty collection unit helping you avoid a lapse in the collection process.

After the material has been destroyed, a Certificate of Destruction will be provided and videotaping of destruction, for your peace of mind, is an available option.
